When you become a member of the London College of Dance Network (LCDN) you are requested to provide items of personal information, including name, maiden name (if applicable), email and postal addresses, telephone number(s) and dates you attended College.
Personal information which is supplied to LCDN may be used as necessary for communication and the administration of the network, including:-
• Communication of Newsletters
• Communication of information concerning LCDN activities, AGM and reunion lunch
• Communication regarding the payment of membership fees
• Financial administration such as the processing of subscription fees and donations
The Network hold this information that you have provided on an Excel spreadsheet in Dropbox.
Personal information will be retained during the duration of your membership and for up to five years after your membership has ceased. Thereafter, it will be deleted from all stored records.
You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you from the Hon Secretary or Chairperson and you may ask us to correct or remove information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request the termination of your membership at any time.
Reasonable efforts will always be made to protect the privacy of members and to maintain the security of all personal information held by LCDN.
The Network will not sell, share or transfer personal information to any third party.
